Dance

Today's the day. The day where my family will gather in the auditorium and watch me dance. I know the steps. I know where to go, what to do. I know to watch for certain people's actions so that I can follow along. I know where to enter and to exit. I know to smile more that I think I should. I know that I will wear a crazy amount of makeup. I know the steps. I know the moves. But still, I wonder if the butterflies will ever stop flying.....

Summer is here!

No more:
-coats
-sweaters
-snow
-cold weather

Here we come:
-Vacation
-Swimming pools
-Sunshine
-Icees and Popsicles
-Outside!!!!!

Letter from a patient- SPACERS

Dear New Patient-

Everyone says that spacers are terrible. Well, they are, but they aren't. When the orthidontal assistant puts them in it really hurts. I hated it. No, I didn't cry. But when it pushes up in your gum, it hurts! Then, once you take some advil and your mouth gets used to them, it's not so bad. Your gum hurts a lot after a week or so. But really, it's not as bad as everyone says. Well, that's the gray spacers anyway...
Now, the blue spacers. That's another story. But, I'd rather not freak all of you new orthidontal patients out. Good luck, guys. That's all i have to say.

Daily Update: Sunday, April 18th

Hey everyone! Things have been crazy today, so I thought I'd update you all.

Cameron won his baseball game! He's playing one more game pretty soon, though. I just don't understand our weather out here. I mean, It's really crazy! For a while it's crazy cold, then it's warm, and then cold again! I don't know whether to wear short-sleeves or not. Wow!

My room's a mess! I still have clean clothes to put away, a bed to make, and a pile of garage sale items that I'm still deciding where to put for now. Though, I'm trying very hard not to think about that, or the fact that our three day weekend is almost over!

Hopefull I'll hang out with my bestie for the rest of the afternoon, but always remember that I luv you all!

Sitting by Brooke

Brooke. As I'm sitting by her at the computer she's acting really crazy. It's kind of funny, actually. She's like, "Maddy! When are you gonna be done?" And I say, "You can do something else if you want to." And she replies, "I wanna play with you!" And all I can to is smile. I love my sister. Now she's singing a new song that I just downloaded. She says she really wants to read what I'm writing. What a sweet sister. :) I love her so much.
